Disconnecting Facebook

If you connected Facebook to sync your inventory to a Meta catalog, you can disconnect it any time from Settings → Facebook in your LotRocket dashboard. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored Facebook access token and the connection record from our systems. Your vehicles remain in your own LotRocket inventory; only the link to Facebook is removed.

You can also trigger deletion from Facebook itself: under your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove LotRocket. Meta then notifies us and we automatically delete the connection and token tied to your Facebook account.

Deleting other data

• Individual vehicle listings and photos: delete them from your inventory in the app.
• Your whole account and dealership: request account closure and we’ll delete your data, subject to any records we’re legally required to retain (such as billing history).
• Prefer we handle it? Email hello@syndicatesoftwarelabs.io from your account email and we’ll take care of it.
